When I was 5 years old, I almost drowned in a lake while camping in Maine with my family. While submersed in the water, unable to raise my body above the water due to being stuck under an overturned boat with a life jacket on, I started to panic. I realized I was unable to breathe and would probably die there. In that moment a woman came to me, held me, and said, “Don’t worry, you can breathe”. She felt very real. She told me to go ahead and breathe in the water. Suddenly, I was able to breathe under water, just like she told me. She stayed with me until others noticed me under the boat and rescued me. I have never forgotten it. I do not remember what she looked like, but she was a loving other-worldly spiritual presence.

After serving in the United State Army, I became a registered nurse, and moved to Buffalo, New York. I discovered through a year-long holistic health course, that I have strong psychic abilities. During that course, I also became a Reiki Master along with learning other spiritual healing modalities, I have been doing psychic readings ever since, I get people in touch with their past lives, help them understand their purpose, and even see and receive messages from their guides, and friends and family who have passed away.

A few years after living in Buffalo, I had a very lucid dream of two golden angels coming to see me. They told me they were bringing me to “The Blessed Mother”. At that moment, a beautiful woman dressed in blue, came to me in between the two angels. She picked me up and took me outside. She was telling me that the earth has everything we need and pointed out some plants to me. I had no idea of the extent of that visit but I have never forgotten that experience.

In 2004, I moved to the Prescott/Tri-city area where I continued to practice as a nurse and further my education. After being a nurse for many years, I felt strongly that western medicine was becoming more about medicine (pharmaceuticals) rather than healing. I retired as a nurse in 2023, and I put it out to the universe that “I still want to help people; show me how”, I was drawn to and intrigued by QHHT as a method of guiding people to heal themselves.

During my own personal QHHT session, I was able to validate that I had experiences with the Blessed Mother, who is also known as Mother Earth. Not only was she the woman who was with me as I was drowning as a young child, but she was also the woman who came to me in the lucid dream with the two golden angels. I discovered that during that encounter with The Blessed Mother, she actually took me all over the world to show me how beautifully the seeds that had been planted on this earth are now thriving. She also told me that everything we need is provided by her, and she conveyed to me that we can heal ourselves!

In 2025, I became a certified QHHT practitioner. I have helped many clients connect with their Higher Self, also known as their subconscious, often for the first time. This helps the client address mental, physical, and spiritual issues on their own healing journey.
